Who Cleans Up Blood After Police Leave a Crime Scene?

After law enforcement releases the property, blood and bodily-fluid cleanup is arranged separately by the owner, family, landlord, property manager, business owner or another authorized representative. Police, EMS, medical examiners and funeral homes generally do not perform property biohazard remediation.
