Pricing question

How much does biohazard cleanup cost?

Biohazard cleanup does not have one reliable flat price because two scenes that look similar can have very different contamination below the surface. Cost is tied to scope.

What changes the price?

Common factors include the size of the affected area, amount and type of biological material, porous materials, hidden migration, labor hours, personal protective equipment, waste handling, odor remediation, access conditions and whether materials must be removed.

Why can a site visit matter?

A photo can show the visible surface but may not show what reached seams, padding, underlayment, subfloor, trim, furniture or structural materials. A clear estimate should state what is included and what findings would cause the scope to change.
